Terms of Service

By using Foxwit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Foxwit connects to your Gmail account with your permission and generates summaries of your inbox, including a daily briefing, an optional monthly recap, and an in-app assistant you can chat with about your inbox. Foxwit does not send, delete, or modify your emails, and does not manage your calendar.

Your account

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Foxwit. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens through it.

Plans and billing

Foxwit offers a free plan with limited manual summaries, and a paid Pro plan with additional features, billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service

AI-generated content

Foxwit uses AI to summarize and interpret your emails. Summaries may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. You should independently verify anything time-sensitive or important rather than relying solely on Foxwit's summary.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Foxwit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed or misinterpreted emails.

Termination

You can stop using Foxwit and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Foxwit after changes means you accept the updated terms.
